PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST OR VACCINATION

In order to provide an enjoyable concert environment for fans, staff and artists, our venues will be implementing COVID-19 policies prior to entry into events. Effective October 10, 2021, we will require attendees to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event OR full COVID-19 vaccination prior to entry for live events at The Factory in Deep Ellum and/or The Studio at the Factory.

All guests are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event. Approved tests include molecular, PCR or antigen results administered by an official testing center. Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry.

In lieu of a negative COVID-19 test, you may choose in your sole discretion, to provide proof of vaccination. We will accept physical vaccination cards, digital proof of vaccination, or photocopies of official vaccination records.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PROOF OF VACCINATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. In accordance with Governor Abbott's Executive Order No. GA-40, concertgoers do not have to be vaccinated, and can voluntarily provide vaccination records for entry into events at The Factory or The Studio. Please see our COVID-19 FAQs below for additional information.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING COVID-19:

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR COVID-19 POLICIES?

The Factory in Deep Ellum and The Studio at the Factory will adhere to policies implemented by the following:

  • Artist and tour management

  • Live music and event company, AEG Presents

  • The City of Dallas and the Texas government.

WILL I STILL HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?

We are STRONGLY ENCOURAGING you to continue wearing a mask at our events. Wearing masks inside the venue will not be enforced, though.

DO KIDS NEED ANYTHING FOR ENTRY?

Yes. As the vaccine has not been approved for use on kids under age 12, a proof of a negative COVID test (molecular, PCR or antigen) administered by an official testing center will be required. Test results must be dated within 72 hours of the event.

WHAT COVID-19 TESTS ARE YOU ACCEPTING?

A PCR, molecular or antigen COVID-19 test will be accepted – please be sure to bring printed or digital proof of your negative test result, dated and time-stamped. The COVID-19 results must match the name on your government issued ID.

Rapid test results are fine, as long as the test was administered by an official testing center.

We will not accept at-home kit results.

ARE AT-HOME TESTS ACCEPTED?

NO. The test must be administered by a professional / official testing center.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED "FULLY VACCINATED?"

“Full vaccination” means you have received all dose / doses of a US FDA approved or WHO recognized vaccine against COVID-19 (e.g., Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, and Sinovac).

We are accepting official vaccination cards, digital records, or photocopies of vaccination information.

I WON'T BE FULLY VACCINATED BEFORE THE SHOW. HELP?

That's fine! In the meantime, please schedule a COVID-19 test for entry into the show or event. Once you are fully vaccinated, you won't have to worry about the extra hassle!

I HAVE NO INTENTION OF GETTING VACCINATED, SO WHAT NOW?

We are not requiring proof of vaccination at entry; only offering the option to show proof of being fully vaccinated as an alternative.

If you choose not to test for COVID-19 or show proof of vaccination, no refunds are available.

For all AXS ticket purchases after 8/12, buyers are prompted with a health policy pop up and must acknowledge the vaccination requirement before they are able to purchase tickets.

HOW DO I GET VACCINATED?

The vaccine is FREE! For those interested in live music and events returning to normal, we encourage you to find a vaccination site near you. Click here for more information.

I FORGOT MY PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST / VACCINATION.

Unfortunately, you will not attend the show if we are unable to verify results.

WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?

There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket(s) purchased for The Factory in Deep Ellum or The Studio at the Factory. In the event that a show is canceled or rescheduled, please contact your original point of purchase.

I RECENTLY HAD COVID-19. WILL I STILL NEED TO SHOW PROOF?

Yes. Regardless of whether you carry the COVID-19 antibodies, you will still have to present either a negative COVID-19 test or record of fully vaccination.

WHERE CAN I FIND A COVID-19 TESTING SITE?

This map has a thorough list of nearby COVID-19 testing sites. A few mobile testing locations we have frequently trusted for rapid results include YesNoCovid and Mobile Covid Test.

We also recommend checking available time slots at your local CVS or Walgreens.

We will have paramedics on-site completing COVID-19 rapid testing on show days. Tests will be $125 each. Paramedics administering tests accept Venmo only.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TIME TO ARRANGE A COVID-19 TEST?

If you are unable to schedule a COVID-19 test, we will have licensed paramedics on-site completing rapid COVID-19 testing. They will arrive 30 minutes before doors and tests will be $125 each.

If you choose to utilize this service, you will not have to get back in the entry line to have testing results checked. You may submit this test as a claim to your insurance, if applicable, to see if your policy will reimburse you.
