IF PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST OR VACCINATION IS REQUIRED...

In order to provide an enjoyable concert environment for fans, staff and artists, our venues will be implementing COVID-19 policies prior to entry into events. For events with COVID-19 Protocols in place, attendees will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event for live events at The Factory in Deep Ellum and/or The Studio at the Factory

*** In lieu of a negative COVID-19 test, you may choose in your sole discretion, to provide proof of vaccination. We will accept physical vaccination cards, digital proof of vaccination, or photocopies of official vaccination records.

All guests are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event.

***PLEASE NOTE THAT VACCINATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. In accordance with Governor Abbott's Executive Order No. GA-40, concertgoers do not have to be vaccinated, and can voluntarily provide vaccination records for entry into events at The Factory or The Studio. Please see our COVID-19 FAQs below for additional information

WHAT IS CONSIDERED "FULLY VACCINATED?"

“Full vaccination” means you have received all dose / doses of a US FDA approved or WHO recognized vaccine against COVID-19 (e.g., Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, and Sinovac).

I WON'T BE FULLY VACCINATED BEFORE THE SHOW. HELP?

That's fine! In the meantime, please schedule a COVID-19 test for entry into the show or event. Once you are fully vaccinated, you won't have to worry about the extra hassle!

I HAVE NO INTENTION OF GETTING VACCINATED, SO WHAT NOW?

We are not requiring proof of vaccination at entry; only offering the option to show proof of being fully vaccinated as an alternative.

If you choose not to test for COVID-19 or show proof of vaccination, no refunds are available.

For all AXS ticket purchases after 8/12, buyers are prompted with a health policy pop up and must acknowledge the vaccination requirement before they are able to purchase tickets.

HOW DO I GET VACCINATED?

The vaccine is FREE! For those interested in live music and events returning to normal, we encourage you to find a vaccination site near you. Click here for more information.
