VENUE INFORMATION

Where are you located?

The Factory in Deep Ellum is located at:

Our venues are right next to each other!  
We are directly off Canton Street, between Henry and Crowdus in Deep Ellum. 

Do you allow smoking/vaping?

We are non-smoking facilities- we do not allow vaping inside our venues. Smoking is allowed on the designated smoking patios available at both venues. 

Can I book a private party or special event?

Of course! We just need a few additional details about your event. Please fill out this form and provide information to reserve your date. 

What is your dress code?

Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing any clothing items deemed inappropriate or offensive.

Will there be re-entry into shows?

Attendees will not be able to exit and re-enter the building once they have entered.

Is there an age limit to enter the venues?

Our venue permits all ages, but we are 18+ without supervision.  Anyone 17 and under may enter with an adult guardian. Children of all ages are required to have their own ticket for entry. 

Is there an ATM in or near the venue?

Yes, both venues have an ATM at the entrance. 

TICKETING INFORMATION

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased on our website or at the box office day of show. 

Our exclusive ticketing partner is AXS. We do not encourage the purchase of tickets sold through third-party, resale sites such as StubHub, VividSeats, SeatGeek, etc. We do not work with these companies, and cannot offer any assistance in retrieving your tickets or a refund.  

 

What are box office hours?

You can purchase tickets from the Box Office when either The Factory or The Studio are hosting a show(s). Box Office opens approximately 2 hours before show doors. We recommend visiting our events page to purchase tickets online.   

When can I pick up tickets from will-call?

Tickets can be picked up at the box office at the venue on the day of the show.  

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

All ticket sales are final. 
We are indoor, rain or shine venues. 

CONCERT INFORMATION

What time does the show start / end?

Any door or show times will be listed on the website.   
Set times are always subject to change. 

Are there any opening acts?

Openers will usually be listed on the website. 

Do I need an ID to enter the venue?

  • If you plan on drinking, you need to bring a VALID , physical copy of a government-issued photo ID showing you are over the age of 21. People of legal drinking age will be wrist-banded upon entry. 

  • Some shows have required age limits. Those shows will require a VALID, physical government-issued photo ID. This will be listed on the ticketing page where you purchase your tickets. Refunds will not be offered for anyone that does not meet the age limit. 

Is there seating available?

Some shows offer seating, and some do not. The venues are customizable and every show can be different. Please check the seat map for each individual show for more information on seating availability and concert layout. 

Is there a coat check?

The Factory and The Studio typically do not provide Coat Check. If offered, coat check will be operated on a show-by-show basis. If there are severe weather conditions, please call the box office day-of-show to confirm whether or not coat check will be offered. 

I forgot to close my bar tab. When can I pick up my credit card?

Please send us a message at contact@thefactoryde.com to arrange a time when management can assist further.  

I lost an item at the venue. Help?

You may email us at contact@thefactoryde.com to verify if we have your lost item(s). We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing items at The Factory or The Studio.

What cannot be brought into the venues?

Prohibited items include: 

  • Weapons including Knives, Firearms, etc. 

  • Mace 

  • Backpacks 

  • Outside food or drink 

  • Umbrellas 

  • Drugs 

  • Blankets 

  • Folding chairs 

  • Strollers 

  • GoPros 

  • Selfie Sticks 

  • Hula Hoops 

  • Poi, Flowlights and Space Whips 

  • Hydration Packs 

  • Bad attitudes

Professional photography equipment (cameras with detachable lenses) is prohibited unless media credentials have been provided or granted for the event. 

 

Any prohibited items brought to the venue will have to be returned to your vehicle. We do not hold these items and are not responsible for any items left outside of the venue.  

What is your bag policy?

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into The Factory and The Studio, we have implemented a policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into shows and events.  

 

Approved bags include:

  • One (1) bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and that does not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" OR a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) 

  • One (1) small clutch bag or purse, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap – no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”  

PROHIBITED bags:

  • Large purses 

  • Coolers 

  • Briefcases 

  • Backpacks 

  • Fanny packs / Belt Bags

  • Diaper bags 

  • Cinch bags 

  • Luggage 

  • Computer bags 

  • Large camera bags 

 

Credentialed media and staff, team personnel and credentialed guests will not be subject to the bag restrictions but will continue to enter at the venue’s checkpoints where they will be subject to screening and bag inspections. 

 

Exceptions will be made for medically-necessary items.  

Are there paramedics on staff?

Yes.

What accommodations are made for the disabled?

Limited ADA spots are available on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure we provide assistance to as many people as possible, the ADA seating only accommodates for you and one guest- no additional members of your party will be permitted in the area. Arrive early to speak to a staff member and we will work to provide accommodations accordingly.  

QUESTIONS ABOUT DEEP ELLUM

Where do I park?

There are numerous parking options available around Deep Ellum. The Stack directly behind The Factory in Deep Ellum has limited garage parking available to concertgoers. The Stack's Parking Garage is located off 2700 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75226. 

We suggest checking out Parkopedia to make parking accommodations around the area.   

Is there public transportation available?

Yes! The nearest DART train stops to The Factory and The Studio are Deep Ellum and Baylor University Medical Center. They are a 5-to-10 minute walk from the venue. All other DART information can be found at DART.org

Additionally, Uber and Lyft are both viable options for getting to the show. 

Are there nearby hotels?

The Pittman Hotel in Deep Ellum is a new boutique hotel within walking distance from our venues.  Hotel Indigo is also within close proximity to us.

PHOTOGRAPHY, PRESS & MEDIA INQUIRIES

Can I bring a camera or video recording equipment?

No professional photography equipment or audio/video recording equipment will be allowed into the venue. Only pocket-sized cameras & cell phones will be allowed into the venue. No selfie sticks. Cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited. 

Note: GoPro’s are not allowed as they are deemed video recording equipment. 

How do I get a press pass / media credentials?

If you are a photographer, videographer, or journalist affiliated with a publication or other media outlets, please have someone from your media entity fill out our Press Inquiry Form. Applications must be submitted two weeks prior to the show date. Our marketing team will respond back with status within 3-5 days.
